- Designed a 12×16 ft. custom cedar pergola to complement the home’s exterior
- Installed concrete footings and a sturdy pressure-treated base for long-term durability
- Added decorative beams and cross-lattice detailing for shade and aesthetic appeal
- Integrated LED ambient lighting for nighttime use
- Applied a UV-protective wood stain to preserve color and weather resistance
Results
The space now feels brighter, cleaner, and more spacious. The client loved how consistent and even the color looked across every room — and especially appreciated how tidy and respectful the crew was throughout the project.
